This transaction marked the third consecutive deal structured with the same capital partner and client. They acquired a 4 property portfolio of medical office buildings in Cincinnati. The capital partner structured the deal as a 90/10 LP equity investment. Due to the previous experiences working together, the operating agreement was easily negotiated, which allowed for a very efficient and smooth closing process.
