Deal Description
Secured a bridge loan for a client who needed to close in under 30 days. The loan was design to restructure his current debt and give additional 100% of the renovation money needed to finish over the "value-add" strategy and ultimately refinance the property with a long-term, fixed rate loan once the property as stabilized. The high leveraged nature of the loan and the speed of execution gave the client the tools needed to get the deal done.
